You Will Lose Just Fat And Not Muscle When You Use The HCG Diet Program

Using the HCG Diet according to many testimonies allows you to effectively lose weight and keep it off without developing loss, sagging skin due to loss of muscle. You will slowly begin increasing your caloric intake as you carefully watch your weight to stabilize it during this phase.
